Normally, I would wear a large, but with these a small fits perfectly. These are the most comfortable briefs I have ever owned, and given the wide choice of colors, you can't go wrong. My only concern is how the fabric will hold up over time. Spandex ("Lycra") has the reputation of stretching out over time (any competitive swimmer will verify that). Given the initial high price of these, hopefully (given proper care) they'll remain wearable for a long time.
