My package sits in a curved pouch sticking it out a little more. The rear has elastic around the bottom to give my butt more of a curved look. Would recommend these to anyone! Enhancment is minimal and won't show unless you wear tight pants. Unlike women, most men don't wear tight pants. I saw a kind of butt enhancer sling contraption on eBay that does the same thing. You can wear any underwear you have instead of spending so much on underwear like these. It's hard to tell from the eBay listings picture but the sling looks adjustable. There are also less expensive butt enhancer underwear with the sling built in from Japan on eBay. The material is top notch quality and feels amazing. They are snug fitting but in a good way. At first I was a little unsure about the pouch (like I said boxers guy), but it is very comfortable and makes for a nice presentation. I will be buying more of these.
