It does not flatten or squish your goods into an uncomfortable position that requires constant 'rearranging of the furniture' as I like to say. Instead, the pouch allows your anatomy to hang naturally and be cradled with gentle lift that keeps everything in place and comfortable for the entire day. The material is light and stretchy and hugs every contour of your body. The fit is low and slim without any ride-up in the back or gaping in the front. I let them hang dry and they have held up great. The trunk version is great too!
